Il Calàscione Apulian Villas

Located in Locorotondo, a 10-minute drive from Alberobello, Il Calàscione Apulian Villas offers independent accommodation in traditional stone trulli with air conditioning. It features a shared outdoor swimming pool surrounded by olive groves.

The trulli have a private garden with patio, fully equipped kitchen, wooden furniture and sitting / dining area. Some have a fireplace, others a spa bath.

L’Olivo

Olivo was the first of our apartments to be completed. An automated gate opens the doors of this villa via the entrance driveway, two covered parking spaces are reserved for you.
The apartment has two double bedrooms (one can be equipped with two single beds) and space for provision is enough to add an extra bed or cot depending on your needs. The master bathroom has a shower and bathtub; fluffy towels and bathrobes are at your disposal.

The beautiful custom built kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare fabulous dinners with the products you can buy in the local shops that we will be able to show you with pleasure. A lovely fireplace to warm the colder evenings and the relaxing lounge complete the interior of these Trulli; after a busy day at the beach or around the beautiful villages in the area, you just have to shut yourself up and enjoy the peace of Il Calàscione.

The outdoor veranda is equipped with an umbrella to protect you from the sun and a table for your summer dinners. The wood oven will be useful for cooking the typical local meats in the most traditional way. On the back of the house, hidden just to guarantee you all the privacy you want, a lovely and green garden to enjoy the cool evening. Lie on the deckchair or swing on my favorite chair as a child and don't worry about anything else: the olive trees and the wind will do the rest ...

Il Maresciallo

Il Maresciallo is the largest villa in Il Calàscione. Private automated gate and covered parking spaces welcome you.

From the veranda you can use to dine al fresco or sunbathe in total relaxation, you enter the living area; a bespoke kitchen, wooden table and a showcase with very particular objects sought by the owner of the house Rosangela give the feeling of feeling "at home". Crossing one of the stone arches typical of the Trulli, we enter the living room where you can comfortably read a book or take a nap in the comfortable armchairs.

A door separates the living area from the sleeping area: here we find a double room and a single room, the third room, always double, is located immediately to the left of the main entrance.

The generously sized bathroom is equipped with a stone shower, whirlpool tub and double sink; as per our habit, fluffy towels and bathrobes are at your disposal.

A garden surrounded by hedges and completely green awaits you to pamper yourself right in front of the front door ...

Cupido
The romantic Cupid Junior Suite was conceived as a love nest and finely furnished using recycled materials. It has a small private bathroom with shower and a private outdoor area.
